Hike Itinerary
Arrival: Prevelly (Margaret River Rivermouth)
Arrive at the Rivermouth Car Park and meet the Cape2Camp team at 7:30 am for your transfer to Cape Naturaliste. After a briefing at the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, your adventure begins.
Day 1: Cape Naturaliste to Yallingup (14 km)
Begin your hike through the stunning limestone cliffs and turquoise bays of the northern coastline. Marvel at Sugarloaf Rock and enjoy the rugged beauty of this section. Spend the night in cozy tented accommodation at Yallingup Beach Caravan Park. Dinner at Caves House Bar & Restaurant (own cost).
Day 2: Yallingup to Moses Rock (18 km)
Hike past Smiths Beach and Injidup Natural Spa, famous for its serene coastal views and iconic rock formations. Finish your day at Moses Rock with transportation provided back to Yallingup for a second night of camping.
Day 3: Moses Rock to Gracetown (16 km)
Explore the scenic granite headlands and secluded beaches as you trek to Gracetown. Enjoy an optional wine tasting at Grace Farm, located just across from the campsite. End your day in tented accommodation at Gracetown Caravan Park.
Day 4: Gracetown to Prevelly (20 km)
Hike the final stretch through coastal wilderness, sandy tracks, and breathtaking views as you approach Prevelly. Your journey concludes at Margaret River Rivermouth Car Park, with optional transfer to Surf Point Resort if needed.
What to Bring
- Weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy walking boots.
- Sunscreen, mozzie repellent, blister care, and a head torch.
- Power bank, swimwear, and 2–3 liters of water for Day 1.
- Optional: Fly net (Nov–Dec).
Campsites, Food & Drinks
All campsites include hot showers and fresh towels. Meals are using Margaret River produce. Beverages include water, tea, coffee, juice, wine, and beer. Plates, utensils, and camping gear are provided, including a 10 cm inflatable mattress, quilt, sheet, and pillow for cosy comfort.- Single-occupant tents available for $100 extra (pre-booking required).
- Firewood provided 15th April – November.
