Arrival: Ocean Beach Holiday Park
Arrive at 6 pm for a welcome dinner and hiking briefing. Meet fellow adventurers and prepare for the exciting days ahead. After the briefing, relax in your comfortable tented accommodation at Ocean Beach Holiday Park, ready to kick off your adventure the next day.
Day 1: Ocean Beach to Parry Campground (24 km)
Your adventure begins with a scenic coastal walk from Ocean Beach, passing through Mount Hollow, Monkey Rock, and Lights Beach. Take in the beauty of Mozzoletti Beach, with the option to take a detour to explore Elephant Rocks. Along the way, enjoy stunning coastal views and natural landscapes. After a rewarding day, settle in for the night at Parry Campground, where you'll spend the night in cosy tented accommodation.
Day 2: Parry Campground to Boat Harbour (12 km)
The second day offers a slightly shorter hike, with breathtaking views as you make your way down the ridge to Boat Harbour. Enjoy the stunning scenery along the way, with Boat Harbour being a true gem, offering a peaceful and tranquil setting. After reaching the harbour, relax and unwind for the evening in Peaceful Bay, soaking in the beauty of this idyllic spot.
Day 3: Boat Harbour to Peaceful Bay (24 km)
Today’s hike takes you through the remote wilderness and Quarram Nature Reserve, offering a truly unique experience, especially during wildflower season. After this rugged adventure, enjoy a fun canoe adventure before reaching your camp. In the evening, indulge in a well-deserved dinner of famous fish and chips (own cost) and relax after a day of exploration.
Day 4: Breakfast and Transfer
Start your day with a hearty breakfast at a local café in Peaceful Bay (own cost). After breakfast, at 9 am, you’ll be transferred back to your vehicle at Ocean Beach in Denmark, bringing the Great Southern Adventure to a close.
Packing List
Clothing & Footwear: Dress in layers to adapt to changing weather. Trail shoes or comfortable sneakers work best for the terrain.
Essentials: Don’t forget sunscreen, insect repellent, blister care, and a head torch.
Tech & Hydration: Bring a power bank, swimwear, and water for Day 1.
Seasonal Item: Fly net (recommended from November to December).
Safety First
Navigation Apps: Download AllTrails (Pro version) or the Cape to Cape Navigation App for offline maps and easy route guidance.
Emergency App: Install the St John First Responder App for quick access in emergencies.
Track Conditions: The trail is well-marked, but navigation support offers extra peace of mind.
Food & Drinks
Meals: All meals are included, crafted with fresh, local ingredients by Inspired Feast.
Dietary Options: Vegetarian and gluten-free options available upon request.
Beverages: Enjoy water, coconut water, juice, tea, coffee, and a selection of local wine and beer.
Snacks: Trail mix is provided, but feel free to bring extra snacks. We’ll transfer them with your hand luggage.

Accommodation: Sleep in cosy twin-share tents, complete with inflatable mattresses, quilts, and pillows.
Camp Setup: Walk-in, walk-out campsites ensure full immersion in nature—no daily transfers needed.
Campfire Season: Campfires are allowed from 1 May to 1 November to enhance your outdoor experience.

Power Bank: Keep your devices charged with a portable power bank—especially useful on longer hikes.

Additional Information
Vehicle Parking: Park your car where your hike ends; we’ll transfer you to the trailhead to get started.
Private Groups: For 2 or more hikers, we offer flexible itineraries. Set your dates and we’ll design an experience tailored to your needs.
Exclusions: Breakfast on Day 1 and accommodation before or after your Cape2Camp experience are not included.

Booking: A 20% deposit secures your spot. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your Cape2Camp adventure.
Travel Insurance: We recommend travel insurance for peace of mind during your adventure.
